Traffic Capacity on the M3 between J4 and 4A and J5 from 2002 to
2007

Dear Mr Dickenson, between 2002 and 2007 there have been no alterations
to the M3 between junctions 4 and 4a and between junctions 4a and 5
which have led to an increase in traffic capacity.
During this period, the average annual increase in traffic flow has been
0.6% between junctions 4 and 4a and 1.8% between junctions 4a and 5.
