junction where parliament square turns onto whitehall. The accident
is a motorcycle sliding on the road surface and subsequently ending
up on its side. This happened between 07.00am and 07.20am on
03/07/2009.

Freedom of Information Act 2000.
You requested the following:

Westminster City Council does not have any CCTV cameras sited in or around
Parliament Square, and therefore does not hold the information that you
