Dear Transport for London,
This newspaper article:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/road...
mentions research done by TfL into the effects of allowing
motorbikes in bus lanes.
TfL is quoted:
Just before we went to press, Transport for London responded with
the following statement: "When an early draft of this report was
put together we found that there were significant methodological
issues as well as irregularities in the way data had been
collected. This meant the validity of these early results was
questionable. Further investigation of the data has now been
carried out and the report is due to be published shortly. The
Mayor will need to examine the full contents of the report and the
trial results before taking a decision."
Please send me a copy of both
(a) the original draft report with the problems as mentioned
(b) the full amended report as provided to the Mayor
(c) a list of correspondence about this research between the
Mayor's office and London Assembly members on the one hand, and TfL
officers and researchers on the other.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Jackson

Dear Transport for London,
There surely can be no difficulty "collating the required
information" for my first two questions (a) and (b) which were
requests for copies of the two versions of the report referred to.
So I would appreciate it if you would send both of those to me
immediately and in any case within the statutory 20 working day
deadline, ie by the 7th of April.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Jackson

Dear Transport for London,
I am disappointed to have had only an auto-ack to my previous
message, and that you have not even provided me with even one of
the easy-to-provide reports I asked for which surely can't take
that long to find.
I have therefore made a complaint to the ICO.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Jackson
