The information you would like released to you under the Act are as

When did Lambeth start charging motor bikes to park within its controlled
parking Zones?

Lambeth have always charged motorbikes to park within the borough since
the implementation of Controlled Parking Zones in 1997.

However we do have motorcycle only bays which allow motorcyclists to park
for free. These can be found throughout the borough.
