Ms Sykes,
We tried to email you from more than one terminal to ensure that the
problem was not isolated to one machine. The terminals are in daily use
and we did not experience any problems in sending emails to addresses
other than yours.
The important thing is that we have now established contact and provided
the information requested.

Ms Sykes,
As explained in my earlier email we took reasonable and proportionate
action to ensure that the problem of emailing you was not isolated to a
specific terminal. None of the terminals presented problems in emailing
other addresses and we have received no other complaints.
Further investigation will not alter this fact. The important thing is
that we have now established contact and you have received the
information requested.

Dear Mr Whyte
The case continues so, perhaps, your guesstimate of £20 millions--taking into account the additional MOD uniformed and civilian nan hours callously attempting to frustrate this Action, might well prove to be right.

You are dealing with the MOD. When they are in the wrong it can be extremely difficult to get a proper answer.
I note they have given a figure of £1,831,520 and please don't forget the 46p.
If I was asked how much the MOD has spent trying to silence the Nuclear veterans in an open court my estimation would be nearer £20,000,000. But the MOD do not like to admit the true amount they have wasted in order to try and stop the atrocities committed against our Armed Forces and their Allies being made public.
