Dear Ministry of Defence,
I am writing to make a request under FOI for copies of all formal
grievances raised by civilian MOD staff.
I wish to be provided with copies of all formal grievances, that is
those raised on PPPA form 82, since January 2009. Please include
copies of all forms and any attached supporting statements or
documentation. I do not require any personal information such as
names or post titles, but please do not redact any non-personal
information such as the nature of the complaint and the
geographical and organisational location (eg: DE&S Wyton).
If this request is denied in whole or in part, please justify all
deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I expect
you to release all non-exempt material. I am happy to discuss the
scope of this request at your earliest opportunity. Should you
believe that the answering of this request will incur
disproportionate costs, please let me know at your earliest
convenience and I will be happy to refine my request to those areas
in which I am most interested. Please use this website for all
correspondence as I wish to maintain a public record of the
handling of this request, Please provide information in a format
that can be uploaded to this website. Please respond in full within
20 working days.
