Please advise how many times in the last two years Mobile Speed
Camera Vehicles have been parked and operating between the hours of
06.00 and midnight in the 30mph area :-
Tweentown,
Cheddar
Somerset BS27
and the number of number of notices of intended prosecution which
have arisen from each visit.

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your request for information dated 2^nd March requesting
information relating to mobile speed camera vehicles operating in
Tweentown, Cheddar. This request will be dealt with under the terms of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third
party. In some circumstances Avon and Somerset Constabulary may be unable
to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given
a revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity.
There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make a payment then your request will
remain unanswered.
Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.

concerning how many times a mobile speed camera vehicle has been parked in
the 30mph area of Tweentown, Cheddar.
I regret to inform you that Avon and Somerset Constabulary have not been
able to complete its response to your request by the date originally
stated.
I now advise you that the amended date for a response is 30^th April. I
can assure you that every effort will be made to ensure an appropriate
response will be made within this new timescale and, if possible, before
this date.

Dear Mr Borley
I write in connection with your request for information dated 2nd March
2009 concerning mobile speed camera vehicles operating in Tweentown,
Cheddar.
Specifically you have requested how many times in the last two years
Mobile Speed Camera Vehicles have been parked and operating between the
hours of 06.00 and midnight in the 30mph area :-
Tweentown, Cheddar Somerset BS27
and the number of notices of intended prosecution which have arisen from
each visit.
I can confirm that no records are held/retained in relation to the mobile
speed camera vehicles which are operated by Police Officers in the area in
question as well as the resulting number of notices of intended
prosecution. After consultation with the Safety Camera Partnership they
have also advised that they do not operate any enforcement in Tweentown.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in
Avon and Somerset Constabulary and apologise for the delay in providing a
response.
