Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to request a full copy of the Travel Plan which forms
part of the Legal Agreement issued by the council as part of the
planning approval for the new St Dunstan's church development in
Pembroke/Shaftesbury Road.
In addition I would like to see:
1. ALL documentation between the council and church relating to
visits by Council Officers on Sunday 22 February and Sunday 01
March 2009. This should include the times of the visit, duration
and exact number of vehicles parked on the roads plus the number of
spaces available on the church and overspill car park together with
photographic evidence.
2. A copy of the church's yearly report monitoring traffic and the
success of their proposals for traffic reduction.
3. The baseline data for traffic volumes i.e. the number of
vehicles attending the church per week during the first year.
4. Parking analysis from the churches replaced by the new church
for the period 2004 - 2008 on an annual basis.
Yours faithfully,
Julie Kenyon

Dear Comments,
I have come to the conclusion that neither the council nor the
church intend to deal with this to the satisfaction of those
affected by the parking. Roll on the elections.
Yours sincerely,
Julie Kenyon
