As a staff governor of this trust I am concerned that the
deliberations of the Foundation Trust Board have neither been
published or made available to the assembly of governors since
Foundation Trust Status was achieved. I believe this is against the
spirit of the Trust's constitution which emphasises the importance
of an open approach to information.

Please can you provide me with minutes from all trust board
meetings held since July 2007, until August 2008.
