Dear Mr. Titchmarsh
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your request for information which you originally directed to the Eastern and Coastal Kent PCT . As Kent Adult Social Services coordinated the initial investigation and chaired the first multi agency meeting we are the primary owner of the information you have requested. Therefore your request has now been passed to me in my capacity as Information Governance Co-ordinator for Adult Social Services Directorate to co-ordinate the response.
Minutes for the meetings you refer to are normally only available to those participating in or invited to attend them.
However, in this particular case, as a multi agency investigation is ongoing we are unable to consider disclosure of this information to you at this time. The exemption that applies is section 30(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000: Investigations and Proceedings.
If you are unhappy with the way we have dealt with your request, please follow Kent County Council's complaint process; and details can be found at this link http://www.kent.gov.uk/council-and-democ... on our web site. Please quote reference FOI/08/496.
Yours sincerely
