Team meetings. I know they exist on account of receiving a redacted
version of the minutes from the meeting that took place on the 17
December.

The Commission aims to respond to requests for information promptly and within the statutory timeframe of twenty working days. However, in order to do so, we are requesting a clarification of your request.

Our Executive Team minutes are currently not published on the website. However, we are currently reviewing our publication scheme and intend to publish them in the future. If you are looking for Executive minutes regarding a particular issue or particular date, we are happy to provide them.

The Commission holds Executive Team (ET) minutes dating back several years, these meetings have been held weekly, therefore we hold a large number of these documents. To provide all these documents would exceed the 18 hour time limit set out as the appropriate limit stated Section 12 of the FOI Act. Therefore, if you require several minutes of the ET minutes, could you please narrow the time period for which you require the information.

Once your response is received, your request will then be considered and you will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Thank you for your reply to my request for the minutes of the
Executive Team meetings.

This request was deemed subject to Section 12 (Exemption where cost
of compliance exceeds appropriate limit) where the limit was 18
hours, and the meetings are weekly.

Assuming 4 meetings per month, and a very generous 1 hour per set
of minutes (the only copy I have seen was 3 pages long), please may
I have the minutes for the Executive Team meetings for the months
or April, May, June 2009, and of May 2008.
