Ministerial meetings

Joe Williams made this Freedom of Information request to Bexley Borough Council

The request was successful.

From: Joe Williams

18 August 2010

Dear Bexley Borough Council,

Please list meetings or visits that have taken place between
ministers and councillors during the first 100 days of the current
government (ie between 11 May and 18 August 2010)

Specifically:

A list detailing:

Date (that the meeting took place)
Council attendees (name of councillor, party and capacity, eg ward
councillor or executive position)
Ministerial attendees (name of minister, party and position)
Venue ('Council Offices' or 'Government Offices' will suffice
unless a site visit, e.g. a housing estate)
Topic (only the topic, eg housing management in the borough, local
government finance - if you believe the topic of a meeting to be
exempt information, please state this and why)

For the avoidance of doubt by 'minister' I mean anyone with a
position in the government (both MPs and peers). By 'meetings or
visits' I mean any that have taken place in a ministerial capacity,
meetings with a local MP who happens to be a minister on
constituency-only matters should not be included.

Please provide the data in CSV format.

Yours faithfully,

Joe Williams
