Minimum vehicle standards

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information act 2000.

Do you operate any minimum vehicle standards for employees using
their own cars on department business?

If, so please could you tell me what they are? (eg vehicle must be
less than eight years old, must have a valid MoT certificate, must
have valid insurance and a current tax disc or must have a CO2
output below 160g/km)
