I acknowledge with thanks your request for information received at this
office on 14/08/2009 in relation to the pricing of alcohol. This request

by law to have responded to my request under the Freedom of
Information Act by the 14th September 2009. I have noted your

have not to date received any further communication or
correspondence regarding this matter from any representative or
employee of the Council. I would be grateful if you could ensure
