This appears to be the total cost for all MS software. What
proportion of this is specifically for Microsoft Office software?

What proportion of this total amount spent on MS software goes on
MS software for schools?

Dear Dennis Baker,

The orginal request specifically asked about Microsoft Office
software but your response related to all Micorosft software - so I
do not believe the original request was properly answered.

Please ignore my question about schools expenditure, I will make
this as a seperate request at a later date to keep this simple.

Thanks again for your help. I look forward to receiving the figure
specifically for Microsoft Office software.

I have been in contact with our IT procurement officer who advises the
following

The figures I gave you specifically related to Microsoft Office which we
purchase via a licensing agreement. The figures did not include any other
Microsoft products or any other software.
