Dear Sir or Madam,

I request under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 the following
and would be grateful for any response.

The sum in total, if any, spent on licences for or purchase of
Microsoft Office software during each of the last two available
either
financial or calendar years.

Please note the figures I am interested in are specifically for
Microsoft Office licences and software, not other Microsoft
software.

What amount of this was for software used in schools?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act. The
information requested is as follows:

2007-08 £26,288 Office Professional for Corporate use
£4,515 Office Professional for Schools

2008-09 £26,500 Office Professional for Corporate use
£1,225 Office Professional for Schools.

2008-09 is up to the end of February and we do not expect to make any more
purchases in the current financial year.
