Dear Mr Brookes
Further to your recent request regarding Meltham Greenway, I can confirm that Yes we have long term plans to extend the Meltham Greenway to Huddersfield but we don't know when.
We haven't decided where the route will be - as there are a number of options and no consultation has taken place.
There are no plans or maps of where the route might be.
If I can be of any further assistance please contact me.
Regards,

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your response. To clarify my request, I was not
seeking confirmation that the council has long term plans to extend
the Meltham Greenway, rather any information relating to those
plans that the council holds.
That would include, but not be limited to, documents such as
minutes of meetings, internal reports such as feasibility studies,
reports the council has commissioned other organisations to
produce, or maps relating to these long term plans. I do note that
you had said that no plans or maps are available but that list
should give you an idea as to the kind of information I am seeking.
I had assumed that the council would hold some documents relating
to these aspirations. Please could you clarify what, if any,
relevant information the council holds, and if the council does
hold such information, could it be released under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Yours sincerely,
Adam Brookes

Dear Mr Brookes
I refer to your email of 26 March regarding the above and apologise for
the delay in replying.
I would advise you that we can provide a copy of our Strategic Cycle
Network Plan that shows an indicative line on a plan for the Greenway.
It would not be possible to copy everything held so I would like to
invite you to contact my colleague Chris Johnson, who is the custodian of
the information, to arrange an appointment to come in and view the
documentation.
However, please bear in mind that we would need a weeks notice to make
sure we can find everything and put it together.
