far the estimate exceeds the £600 limit.

Please narrow the date range of my request to bring it within the
cost limit. I am most interested in recent meetings.

we cannot narrow your request for you, but we can offer advice. You will then need to submit a fresh FOI request to the infoaccess mailbox as before.

I would agree that you specify a much narrower time frame, as you have suggested. It would also be helpful if you were more specific about what you want to know about the meetings, eg the number, subject, participants etc.
