Dear Balchin Patrick (BR2),
Regarding clarification on the subject matter of my FOI request the
isp's in question are virgin media,talk talk and bt and between the
dates on January 2007 to the present day.
Also it was behavioral targeted advertsing technolgys
(Including Hardware used).
