Dear Sir or Madam,
A company called '121Media' were trading in the period 1st January
2007 to 30th June 2007 inclusive.
Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act please search
your records for the dates of any meetings between
the Prime Ministers Office and 121Media in this period.
I would like to see the dates of such meetings, the minutes taken,
meeting agenda, invitations or related communication. Please
include within the terms of your search 'ministerial briefing
notes' because these may have been produced for such meetings at
the time.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your reply of June 26th in which you inform me that
searching for the information requested it could exceed the maximum
cost of compliance.
Please would you pass the request I made to the person responsible
for internal reviews?
I ask this because I have this week seen another request responded
to by Nicholas Howard of 10 Downing Street. The request was met
with a suggestion that refining a date range to a narrower field of
6 months would be something to consider, yet for my request this
appears not to be a recommended course of action to obtain the
information requested.
