Dear Sir or Madam,
This relates to the response letter from the UK authority to Fabio
Colasant, of the European 'Information Society and Media
Commission' and the views of BERR on the questions raised.
I note that BERR responded to BT via email on 15th October. In
reference to the letter sent to Fabio Colasant, BERR said: "I would
be willing to discuss the line we took with you when we meet later
this week"
I would therefore like to request the following...
1) Provide information about "the line" that was taken in the
response to the EU Commission.
2) Disclose the purpose of the meeting with BT.
3) Disclose the agenda and minutes of the meeting with BT.
I note that there have been a number of late responses recently to
FOI requests. I trust you will ensure that priorities are managed
and the response is delivered in a timely and legal manner. Thank
you.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Hancocks
