i) Guidance provided to UK Police Forces in relation to the
required level of medical fitness for Police Officer recruitment.
ii) Guidance provided to UK police Forces in relation to medical
conditions that would automatically exclude a person from being
recruited as a Police Officer in the UK.

George,
As far as I can tell the link provided in the PDF is working, I think the
problem is when it is rendered on the 'whatdotheyknow' website. If you
notice the second half of the link 'circulars/circulars-2003/031-2003/',
is omitted.
I hope they way I have added the link below is works on the site,
alternatively you either use the link provided in the pdf, or copy and
paste the two halves together.

Strictly speaking, the NPIA has not fully complied with your request. All of the information given relates only to England & Wales, whereas your request was in relation to the UK, which includes Scotland. However, they would probably have directed you to the Scottish Government (Justice Department) for the answer.
