Dear HM Revenue & Customs,
With reference to employees who have two jobs, but only require
absence from one (outlined under "Specific contracts" in E14
handbook),
For an employee in this situation who is only seeking to refrain
from one of his two jobs, is the Med 3 certificate still the
appropriate certificate to submit to the one employer?
Or does issuance of a Med 3 certificate presume and require
abstention from all employments?
Yours faithfully,
anonymous
