Dear Sir/Madam,
In respect of your follow up request regarding mediation schemes:
Thank you for your response. we were under the impression that a company
called Total Conflict Management (TCM) had provided training so that the
BTP could set up their own internal mediation scheme.
British Transport Police (BTP) can confirm that Total Conflict Management
(TCM) TCM was used to provide training for such a scheme in 2008. However
no internal scheme has been established.
