Could you please clarify the use of Med 3 certificates:
In the case of a patient with 2 jobs requiring medical absence from
only 1 of the jobs, is the Med 3 certificate the appropriate form?
In the case of a patient with 2 jobs requiring medical absence from
both jobs, do two Med 3 certificates get issued?

information about Med 3 certificate guidelines. Your request has now been
considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA states that any person making a request for
information to a public authority is entitled to be informed whether
information of the description specified in the request is held. I must
confirm that we do not hold the information requested.
