Dear Sir or Madam,

1.Please provide details ( in real figures and not percentages)of
the number of prosecutions/ cautions/FPNs relating to underage
drinking carried out by the local police in Hagley village in the
past twelve months and whether this figure has increased or
decreased relating to the previous twelve months.

2. Please provide details of what efforts (if any)have been made in
the last twelve months by the local Hagley police to work with Spar
and the Wine Rack ( the two local alcohol distributors) eg.
postcoding of bottles of alcohol.

3. Please confirm whether or not Hagley village police have run
more than ONE dry train from Stourbridge/Hagley/Kidderminster in
the past twelve months and if so how many?

4.Please provide the precise number of times late night evening
patrols have been carried out in Hagley village within the past
twelve months specifically to deter underage drinking, street
drinking and related antisocial behaviour.

REPLY: No specific recorded information held. West Mercia Police do not
prosecute persons under 18 for `underage drinking`

2. Please provide details of what efforts (if any) have been made in the
last twelve months by the local Hagley police to work with Spar and the
Wine Rack ( the two local alcohol distributors) eg.postcoding of bottles
of alcohol.

REPLY: No specific recorded information held

3. Please confirm whether or not Hagley village police have run more than
ONE dry train from Stourbridge/Hagley/Kidderminster in the past twelve
months and if so how many?

REPLY: Information is held regarding one such train in the past 12 months.
The train operator, London Midland, or British Transport Police may have
further information should you wish to contact them directly

4.Please provide the precise number of times late night evening patrols
have been carried out in Hagley village within the past twelve months
specifically to deter underage drinking, street drinking and related
antisocial behaviour.

REPLY: No specific recorded information held. However, please be advised
that all police officers and community support officers on patrol will
challenge and deter anti-social behaviour, whenever they come across it in
their normal course of duties
