In relation to Qube Qualifications & Development Ltd (Qube), I
respectfully request the following:

1. Any documentation or communication relevant to the decision to
award Qube a Maximum Contract Value (MCV) of £249,743 for Adult
Apprenticeships for the year 2009/10 in the North West LSC region

2. Any documentation or communication relevant to the decision to
award Qube a MCV of £952,014 for Train to Gain for the year 2009/10
in the North West LSC region

3. Any documentation or communication outlining the decision-making
process used to award Train to Gain or Adult Apprenticeship MCVs in
the North West LSC region for the year 2009/10

4. A list of all Train to Gain or Adult Apprenticeship indicative
MCVs awarded for the year 2009/10 in the North West LSC region sent
to providers in April 2009

5. A list of all Train to Gain or Adult Apprenticeship MCVs awarded
for the year 2009/10 in the North West LSC region sent to providers
in June 2009

Council's handling of my FOI request 'MCV Decision Making - North
