Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hackney Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Markets Department accounts'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ma...

I would also draw your attention to a letter from Ms Fiona
Fletcher-Smith to Cllr Matthew Coggins dated 17th December 2007 in
which she provided him with a breakdown of the council's income and
expenditure in relation to each market the borough operates for
05/06 and 06/07.

The same breakdown of the accounts for earlier years was provided
to the Scrutiny Committee.

This suggests that contrary to your letter of January 29, the
information is held by the council.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Veitch
