1 Market shares of each of the banks held by UK Financial
Investments Limited (UKFI) in major financial markets (for example,
the mortgage market, the savings market).

2 Information regarding whether merger(s) of banks held by UKFI
would achieve a position of market dominance.

3 Any representation made to the banks held by UKFI regarding
mergers of any of these banks.
