I am requesting any information you have recieved within the last 5
years regarding Mr Mark Robb, i understand due to the DPA you may
be reluctant to release such information although i am doing this
with his backing and if need be i can get written permission from
him for information regarding himself, either that or certain
private information could be redacted. thank you very much

rather than a Freedom of Information Request.
In order for you to receive this information can you please:
* Provide us with more information as to who Mark Robb is;
* Complete the attached form;
* Send us signed authority From Mr Robb stating that he is happy for his
information to be disclosed to you; and
* Identify whether Mr Robb has had contact with either Northumbria Police
or Northumbria Police Authority (Please note that if it is Northumbria
Police rather than the police authority, you will be required to complete
the police subject access form).
Please be aware that there is a £10 fee in relation to subject access.
