Please find below information relating to your Freedom of Information
request.

a) The sum in total, if any, spent on maps, map procurement, processing
and distribution on-line and in paper form during either financial or
calendar year 2006.

This is information is not recorded anywhere.

b) the proportion or absolute amount, if any, of the sum (a) spent on
licences or other fees to Ordnance Survey;

The total sum for financial year 2006/07 spent on Ordnance Survey was
£136,437.

c) the proportion or absolute amount, if any, of the sum (a) which was
paid for by council tax.

Information on the council tax contribution to individual elements of
services is not held. For example, the cost of a map might be covered by a
charge for a service or an external grant. The only information we can
supply is in relation to the Council's overall costs for 2006/07.
