Please could you provide me with the monthly number of Prescription
Items Dispensed, Net Ingredient Cost, Quantity and actual
prescribing costs for each malaria prophylaxis drug (BNF section
5.4.1, including atovaquone+proguanil (Malarone)), broken down by
PCT, from Jan 2007 to latest month available.

I would prefer to receive the data in electronic format (CSV or
Excel if possible).
