I have also asked, Under freedom of Information for this to be investigated. It would appear, when one dares to complain or ask for investigation, re corrupt management of government authorities, or serious conflicts of interests, that Government departments close ranks against victims of abuse at the hands of fraudulent and corrupt civil servants. protecting their own interests.

For example, when I complained to the police in Cumbria, about the unlawful and criminal conduct of a social worker, and the failure of the police to investigate. The cumbria Constabulary assistant Chief Helen Twigg ( also Chair of Common Purpose for Cumbria) put my husband through two disciplinary actions (He works for the police, as a civilian), in a four year period, trying to accuse him of misconduct because I was complaining. Threatening our livelihood. A malicious and vindictive vendetta. Attack the victim in an attempt to silence!! The same County Council tried to steal my grandchild for forced adoption. I< like Sheena, was a serving elected councilor at the time.

This has been the case for my own dealings, over a six year period. Which gives me good reason to believe that a sinister organization is behind the abuse of Human Beings by corporate bodies, working for the government , in our country.

Democracy is not being served and neither is justice.

The criminal conduct, of many government corporations, should be open to scrutiny by those who put these individuals into positions of power.

Abuse of power, by so called "professionals" is astounding and I have seen a rapid increase, in abuse of power since Common Purpose Training, and Graduate Courses came into play. We see more and more cases of corrupt and fraudulent misuse of public funds, coupled with, the deliberate fracturing of healthy and loving families.Followed by Cover Ups.

Clearly those responsible for the above MUST be exposed, held to account and dealt with under Common Law. By enforcing Corporate legislation, most of the authorities I have personally encountered,and had dealings with, are breaking the Real Law, which is Common Law. Do not harm an Individual or cause them loss. We have been caused substantial financial losses and suffered personal injury as a direct result of corrupt Local Authority and abuse of authority.

I know realise, who the real criminals are, in this corrupt country of ours.

Looks like you maybe right, although the comments found on this website, shows that all the councillors are aware of this situation and are doing and saying nothing, hoping it will go away or are gutless and frightened of the officers.It is difficult to imagine that these same people are elected by parents to be responsible for ensuring their children are protected from such abuse.

With reference to the idiotic comments placed by an obvious SS plant

Having known Councillor Williams and her family for many years, being also an Elected Councillor, I can assure you , as can many other Councillors from Maidstone Borough Council and beyond ,who gave her references (comprising of deputy mayor, barrister,magistrate etc)for the unfortunately corrupt family courts.

The family court made references to her excellent parenting abilities.Unfortunately the system has been corrupted by incompetent operatives who we as elected members are powerless to stop at present.

It will be down to the efforts of many brave men & women to remove the corrupted officials and restore justice and honour into the council and court system.

Many Councillors are simply to frightened of losing their seats , but many such as in Maidstone do privately back exposure of such an obviously corrputed system run by officers an NOT councillors.

Including Kent County Councillors who are also glad to be seeing the back of Mr Gilroy CEO next May and only wish this could come sooner.He really doesnt deserve to be allowed to leave in a blaze of glory.

It will be interesting to find out why, if he wont answer.

Uncovering a conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government to unlawfully take children from their parents, and pass them into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. This system is so powerful that local councillors cannot challenge their own Social Services departments about their actions.

Synopsis

In Britain today, a secret court system is stealing and trafficking people’s children. The author Jack Frost summed it up in his book “Gulag of the Family Courts”. Other journalists have described it as – “Child Stealing by the State”.

When a small community newspaper, ‘the UK Column’, was set up in Plymouth to expose massive public sector fraud and corruption, the volunteers had no idea of what was to come. They were shocked at reports of child stealing sent in by parents from across Britain.

In the beginning it was hard to accept some stories as true. Some mothers and fathers appeared traumatised. Could their claims be believed? And then the first mother with evidence arrived in the UK Column office. Ring files of letters, emails and court documentation. The evidence was overwhelming – lies, false evidence, perjury, false psychiatric assessments, kidnapping, psychological pressure, police threats, blatant collusion of defence and prosecution legal teams against the parent, failure to prosecute the perpetrators of medical incompetence and child abuse, and blatant victimisation of the innocent parent – the mother.

Most distressing of all was that the courts had taken absolutely no notice of the child’s own wishes - there existed a brutal conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government. That conspiracy still exists, and so does the evidence.

In the latest case brought to the UK Column, a young Down’s syndrome girl was repeatedly raped and abused, causing physical injury. The abusers were known and identified by the girl, but no charges were ever brought. Instead her mother who fought to protect her daughter and seek justice was committed to a psychiatric unit. Are these cases mistakes, or failures of the care and family court system? The facts suggest otherwise, and they are reinforced by ‘template’ cases reported from across the UK, Europe and the USA. The events are planned and orchestrated, with support and common purpose at the highest levels.

Within secret family courts, under the total control of a single Judge, who knowingly or unknowingly relies on false evidence, children are being unlawfully taken from their parents, and are passed into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. This system is so powerful and secretive that not even elected councillors can challenge the actions of their own Local Authority Social Services department. The child snatch cases are gagged under family court confidentiality rules and data protection. The victimised parents and children are denied justice in a corrupt and circular appeal process, which is also held in secret.

In helping parents and children tell their stories, the UK Column has received no less than four injunctions, preventing detailed reporting. In one recent court case, regarded by those present as biased against the mother, the court used the Peter Wright MI5 ‘Spycatcher’ official secrets act case as the precedence case to prevent the mother publishing her story of child kidnap. How very cosy, reading the other FOI requests this person is also a trained social worker, how the hell can he also write for the conservatives when he is the CEO of a Tory run council.

This beggars belief, probably does his own reviews into social services as well; where are the press/media on this?

I have just got off the phone from the lady who deals with complaints at the Supreme Court.

I raised issues re secret family court corruption, Judges breaking the law and Secret Family Court injustice affecting thousands of families in the UK as well as other very serious allegations and concerns which I have raised through all due process, over the last 7 years, all the way to the top. including serious violations of human rights, by UK authorities.

I now have reason to believe that no one, working for this government of ours is actually accountable, even when they are committing serious crimes against humanity. I have sent a letter to ECHR re this serious issue. The boat is sailing into a storm and no one, and I mean no one is at the helm.

I now have strong reason to believe that our country has been taken over by a bunch of thugs, robots with no integrity and that these thugs are not accountable.

This is a sad state of affairs for the whole of humanity.

I have duly wasted 7 years, yes 7 years trying to lawfully obtain justice, not just for us, but for thousands of abused families over the last decade and beyond.I have been told, by an MP and other MP's that they are powerless. That the corruption goes all the way up to the Hague. Who is running our country, because it is certainly not those whom we elect to do so? WAKE UP. It is already too late. Next week all victims of injustice will be gagged and unable to speak out. This will be my last annotation. I presented much information to the ECHR- they seem to be behind a lot of the problems - they are as bad I'm afraid, they dismiss facts and evidence the same as we get here- the corruption at ECHR is at middle level- if the case gets to the top judges then you have a chance- I believe the corruption of ECHR is lower down the ladder so they can't all be blamed = however if our laws were made to abide by constitutional law- we wouldn't have these complaints and injustices - everything has been geared to profit professionals, not to help anyone achieve justice

Elizabeth I am in total agreement with you. I was told by a well known MP campaigner on this issue, whom I met in Westminster Committee room 12 last summer, with others victims and survivors of abuse, that the corruption goes all the way to the Hague. You are right about the MONEY. As far as I am able to see MANY have SOLD THEIR SOULS for MONEY!! They LIE as they FOLLOW THE MASTER of Original and ALL LIES, namely LUCIFER himself!!

I am very concerned reading this and wonder should I be asking the same questions to CUMBIA COUNTY COUNCIL as they have not been willing to answer my legitimate FOI requests and have been, for whatever reason unable to answer our formal complaints, over a seven year period. South Lakeland District have supplied information which County Council say they cannot answer because my requests are vexatious!! I have been told that three Officers have been Graduated CP and that over nine thousand pounds has been spent, from Tax Payers MONEY!! SLDC are currently funding, from Council Tax!! Two more CP Graduates. WHY NO TRANSPARENCY?? Why is my family being Unlawfully. Vindictively and Maliciously Persecuted by Cumbria Police and other Cumbrian Authorities? Might it be that I have been attempting to expose corruption?
My family are targets for unlawful abuse. Two counts of GBH February 2007, false allegations of child abuse, police CAPU and SW's based in Kendal and the NHS Trust!! We proved our innocence yet continue to be persecuted, non of us to date have any criminal records. Yet they insist on defamation of our reputation, local community, NFA serious assaults, try to criminalize us and continue to unlawfully retain our names on police computer, last 7 years, for no good reason. I have complained about this to ECHR. I await their reply. Police Professional? Standards are investigating, yet again, the serious concerns I have raised. They tried to steal my granddaughter too, for forced adoption, I am retired from our Town Council, I served on for over 17 years!! this must be more than a coincidence, being as other Councilors are having the same UMVP. I was sexually molested by a council colleague, and when the police were informed nothing was done about it? Could this have something to do with Common Purpose and free Masons? It would appear that Councilors are targets for persecution as well as those who elect them, why might this be? Who is behind all this? It seems very sinister to me. Some are seriously abusing their power. I wonder if all the staff who work in the councils are aware of this? It might just be a select group, who are all interlinked through secret society networks. they are very rude and objectionable and are totally unlawful. They seem to be protecting each other by some mechanisms. Is this COMMON PURPOSE and are they LINKED with Free Masons at higher levels?
