I note that the trafficengland.com website shows "Current average
traffic
speed" data for each junction on the motorways. I would like a copy
of this data, for the M60 motorway, for the last 12 months.

Dear Mr Walton
I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the
information, which you requested on 20 January 2009.
You asked for the Current Average Traffic Speed information for the M60
for the last 12 months. We do hold profiled average journey time
information for each section of the M60 and this is used to calculate
speed information real time as shown on our website. However, we do not
retain this data.
In keeping with the spirit and effect of the Freedom of Information Act,
all information is assumed to be releasable to the public unless exempt.
We will, therefore, be simultaneously releasing to the public the
information you requested, together with any related information that
will provide a key to its wider context via our website:

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
