Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide copies of all documents relating to Luton Council
meeting the recommendations of the Local Government Ombudsman in
relation to the above Report.

Please also provide copies of all internal documents that identify
that Luton is seekig to correct its acts (including any Public
Disclosure statistics).

Finally, please identify what the Council is seeking to do to
correct the effects of its maladministration and injustice on the
complainants.
