Thank you for your further email. I can only apologise that the
response was not dispatched by the end of yesterday, which was the final
day of the 20-day period but it is now set out below:

London Luton Airport Limited granted a 30 year concession in relation to
operations at London Luton Airport which expires in August 2028.

As you would expect, each party has the right to terminate the
Concession Agreement earlier in the case of certain specified defaults
on the part of the other party.

In addition, London Luton Airport Limited has the right to terminate the
Concession Agreement earlier on a voluntary basis in August 2014,
subject to the giving of the prescribed period of notice.

I hope this answers your enquiry but if you are unhappy with our

London Luton Airport Limited granted a 30 year concession in relation to
