Dear Ms. Griffin

Freedom of Information Request - London City Airport

I refer to your Freedom of Information request received on 14th September
2009, in which you request for copies of any minutes that were taken at
the meetings held between the Council and representatives of London City
Airport over the past twelve months.

As stated in the response to a previous request for information in March
2009, there were two meetings between the Council and London City Airport
and these took place on 10th January 2008 and 20th May 2008.

In this regard, I would confirm that no minutes were taken by the Council
officers at either of these meetings. However, a PowerPoint presentation
was given by London City Airport at the meeting held on 10th January 2008.
If you wish to see a copy of this presentation, then you are advised to
contact London City Airport direct.

Yours sincerely
Neil Willey
Area Planning Manager

Dear Peter Daden,

I understood that councils were required to take minutes of
meetings. In addition at a recent Greenwich Planning meeting it was
disclosed that 'discussions' were ongoing with the airport. I trust
these discussions are not simply carried out on the telephone and
those referred to were of two meetings in 2008. Please review your
record of meetings with the airport and it's agents.

I request notes, minutes etc on these meetings. Please provide the
information.

Yours sincerely,

A-M Griffin

were taken at meetings between the Councill and London City Airport and in
particular those for the meetings held on 10th January 2008 and 20th May

As stated in my previous response, in this instance the Council does not
hold any information and is therefore unable to help you further on this
matter.

Yours sincerely
