dwelling stock of "Wates" construction, in the Yew Tree area and if
so, the names of the roads they are located on.

Dear Phil Deery,

I would just like to know the names of the roads, if any, within
the Yew Tree Estate (WS5) on which there are prc homes of "Wates"
construction which is one type of dwelling designated as defective
under the Housing Act 1985.

I have checked our records and of the properties we manage, there are 32 listed as being of Wates construction, both houses and flats. These are in the following roads, number of properties is given in brackets.

Fernbank Crescent (3), The Grove (7) Thorncroft Way (Flats) (22)
