Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could you provide me with a list of all Local Nature
Reserves in Wales, with the following information given, where
possible, for each site:

a) the site name

b) the Local Authority area within which the site is located

c) the designating body

d) a grid reference for the site

e) the date the site was designated as an LNR

f) the size of the site

I would prefer to receive this information as an Excel spreadsheet
if that is possible.

Dear Susan,

Many thanks for your e-mail. I have attached an Excel spreadsheet below which details the Local Nature Reserves in Wales, by site name, local authority, date, size and grid reference. The designating body would be the Countryside Council for Wales in each case, as the Local Authorities recommend sites to the CCW that they wish to become nature reserves. For more detailed information on each site you would need to contact the relevant authority to the area.
