I refer to my e-mail yesterday when I said that we would contact you
again.

In common with many local authorities, the Council uses the Annual Letter
issued by the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) as its record of outcomes
of complaints submitted to the LGO. As the Annual Letters have only been
issued for a short time, we are unable to fully comply with your request.
However, the Local Government Ombudsman do maintain historical statistical
data so it may be possible to obtain part (a) of your request directly
