b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.
c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted
but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local

Hello Mr Johnson
With reference to your FOI request of the 25 August 2008, I have received
the following reply from our Monitoring Officer, Simon Mansell:
"We do not have records going back that far, all L.G.O files are destroyed
in line with our rentention policy.
However, since 2005 we have had no findings of maladministration."
Attached is our FOI complaints procedure for your information.
Regards, Barbara.
