of Information request involving Local Government Ombudsman information, I

(a) Over the last 10 years there have been 2 findings of
maladministration.

(b) Over the last 10 years Rochdale MBC has not refused to accept any
findings of maladministration.

(c) Over the last 10 years Rochdale MBC has accepted and complied with the
Local Government Ombudsman's recommended remedy.
