I would like to know,
a) how many findings of maladministration the local government
ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.
b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.
c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted
but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local
government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

Dear Sir or Madam
In response to your request I can inform you that there have been no
findings of maladministration by the local government ombudsman against
South Bucks District Council over the last 10 years therefore the other
two questions b) and c) are not applicable.
I hope this answers your questions but if you feel that it does not, you
can contact me with your queries. You also have the right to request an
internal review of your request and ultimately to complain to the
Information Commissioner should you still be unhappy with the outcome.
