I am sorry but NHS Norfolk has no record of having received such a
Freedom of Information request. However, since NHS Norfolk is part of
the National Health Service and your request for information refers to
Local Councils, perhaps your questions should be directed to Norfolk
County Council. Their Freedom of Information details can be accessed

There have been six cases of maladministration over the last 10 years
as follows:-

There were two cases in 2006/07 where the LGO concluded an
investigation and issued a formal report finding maladministration.
2006/07
There were four cases in 2006/07 where the LGO concluded an
investigation and issued a formal report finding maladministration.
b) How many findings of maladministration your council, either in full
or part, has refused to accept.
