but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local
government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

have now received the appropriate instructions from my colleague in the
Democratic Services Department.

a) it would appear there have been 3 findings of maladministration
against this Council during the last 10 years.
b) in each case the finding was accepted in full.
c) in each case it is understood that this Council has complied in full
with recommended remedy.

This would appear to conclude your enquiry satisfactorily and I would
