I would like to know,

a) how many findings of maladministration the local government
ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.

b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.

c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted
but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local
government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

Got your request.
The Act allows us twenty working days in which to respond which gives a due date of 23rd September.
I will of course respond before then if this proves possible. If there is likely to be delay in responding then I will keep you informed with progress on the case.

I am now in a position to respond to your request.

We only have recorded information from 2002 onwards and in that time period no findings of maladministration have been found.
Most papers before that time are no longer held and so I have no way of giving you a definitive answer for the earlier years.
