reported conclusions in all investigations and has never refused to comply
with their recommendations in such findings. However, this is a reply
based on personal experience and knowledge, as no such information is held
on the database. Please note that if further clarification is required it
would involve having to go through all the relevant files and it cannot be
guaranteed we hold 10 years worth of records as the retention policy only
requires these files be held for 7 years.
