Dear Mr Johnson,

Thank you for re sending your request.

I am unable to answer your questions for the last 10 years as we only
hold records for the current and past 3 financial years. Ie: 2005/06,
2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09.

A)During this period one finding of maladministration has been made by
the Local Government Ombudsman.
B) None
C) The Council complied in full with the Local Government Ombudsman's
remedy.

I shall investigate why your original request did not reach myself, and
hope that you will accept our apologies.

I trust this information satisfies your request.

If you are not happy with this response please contact me in the first
instance. If you are still not satisfied you have the right to ask for
an internal review of the decision. This will be dealt with by the Head
of Legal and Human Resources. If your appeal is not resolved you would
then have the further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner
for an independent review.

Yours sincerely
