Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to know,

ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.

b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.

c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted

Dear Mrs Johnson

Firstly let me apologise for not getting a response to you within the time
period.

The Council only keeps records of Ombudsman's complaints for 18 months. In
that time there have been no complaints of maladministration upheld by the
Ombudsman.

Kind regards
