ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years.

b) how many findings of maladministration your council, either in
full or in part, has refused to accept.

c) how many findings of maladministration your council has accepted
but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local
government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

I refer to the request, which you have made under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 for records held by this department/office.

Non reply by us deemed to be a refusal

If you have not heard from us once the allotted time has expired, you are
automatically entitled to appeal to this department for a review of the
matter. This review is a full and new examination of the matter , and is
carried out by a more senior member of staff of this department/office.

In the event that you need to make such an appeal, you can do so by writing
to Tanya Rossington of this department/office at the address given below.
You should state that you are appealing because an initial decision was not
sent to you within the time permitted. In that event, you would normally
have 40 days (after the original decision should have been sent to you) in
which time to make the appeal.
